There are many different type of contracts:

• Tempo indeterminato: offers a more stable job and full coverege, both heatlh injury-insurance, and a pension schemes.
• Tempo determinato: similar to the previous one, but with a deadline, usually a year or two.
• A progetto: the job is connected to a particular project. It's more unstable but usually taxes are lower
• Stage: it's most of the time not paid for or wages only cover expenses. It's mostly applied to new graduates or people with no experience.
