Most radios are in Italian but offer music in both english and Italian.

RTL, Radio Deejay, Radio 105, Radio Dimensione Suono (RDS), KissKiss are some of the most famous national ones. If you're travelling keep in mind that freequencies will change from region to region, sometimes from city to city. Luckily new car radio devices have an RDS system that will switch freequancy automatically in a glimpse.

Most radios have a website and can be listened to over internet. Some have also established web-only channels that are focussed on a particular type of music.
